Personal packages
Open Account plans to review your personal package. Free personal accounts do not need a paid subscription just to exist. Availability and checkout requirements are shown in the current interface.
For an active paid subscription, choose Manage billing to open the supported Stripe portal. Use it for the payment details and cancellation options offered there.
Business packages
Open the organisation’s package settings as an authorised owner. Review the package, billing interval and seat count. Licences assigned to people are separate from their membership role.
Use Manage billing and cancellation where available. Do not open a replacement checkout to change an existing subscription unless the application explicitly directs you to do so.
Confirm the result
A checkout redirect is not proof of completed activation. Return to Brenwy and refresh billing to see the confirmed state. If payment is pending, avoid starting a duplicate purchase.
Check whether cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period. Subscription cancellation and account or organisation deletion are different actions.
