Product questions, account recovery and security reports need different information. Choose the route that fits.
Describe the product, what happened, the approximate time and any non-secret error message. Do not include passwords, card details, tokens or private keys.

Use password recovery for a forgotten password. For MFA, try an unused recovery code through sign-in. A password reset does not remove a second-factor requirement.

Contact account recovery →Support may need proportionate verification. Never email a recovery code or authenticator setup key.
Report a suspected vulnerability or account compromise using the dedicated security subject. Include a safe description and minimal reproduction details. Do not test on other people’s accounts or send private data.
Report a security issue →If something has stopped working, check for a known incident. An unknown status means current availability cannot be confirmed.
