Brenwy Terms and Conditions Version: 7 November 2026, version 1.0 Effective from 7 November 2026 for new agreements. Your account or paid-order confirmation identifies the version applicable to your agreement. Privacy and data use: https://brenwy.com/privacy 1. Who we are and how to contact us Brenwy is provided by OUTBREAK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10977129. Our registered office and correspondence address is 241 Tixall Road, Stafford, England, ST16 3XS. In these terms, “Brenwy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean OUTBREAK LTD. Contact support@team.brenwy.com about these terms, orders, cancellation, complaints, security reports or account assistance. You can also write to our correspondence address. Please identify the relevant account, business or order without sending passwords, private keys, payment-card details or recovery codes. 2. What these terms cover These terms apply to free personal subscriptions, paid personal subscriptions, business subscriptions and the Brenwy website and services actually made available to you, including Account, business workspaces, Mail, Calendar, public Search and Webmaster Tools. You do not need to make a payment for the account terms to apply. Your selected plan identifies its available features and allowances; a paid order also identifies the price, billing period and other agreed particulars. A feature shown in a concept image or roadmap is not available unless its product description says it has been released. The account-security, acceptable-use, content-ownership, privacy, service-change, suspension, closure, complaints and liability provisions apply to free and paid accounts. Payment, paid renewal and payment-refund provisions apply only where you choose a paid service or incur a separately agreed charge. Nothing in these terms makes a free personal subscription a paid one. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Connect and other announced products are available only when their product description confirms release. These terms do not promise their release, a release date, compatibility or features that have not been expressly included in your selected free plan or paid order. Announced features do not remove or reduce your legal rights. A consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A business customer contracts for business purposes. A personal account or a business-labelled package does not, by itself, decide your legal status. Consumer protections in these terms apply whenever you legally qualify as a consumer. 3. Your agreement, free registration and paid orders We will present these terms before you register or place an order and ask you to accept them. For a free personal subscription, the account agreement begins when you accept these terms and we confirm that your account has been created. It continues until you close the account or it is ended fairly under these terms. No paid order, card details or payment is required to enter the free account agreement. For a paid subscription, a paid contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order and its price and services in a confirmation you can save. A payment attempt or return from a payment page is not, by itself, confirmation that service activation has succeeded. Contact us if payment appears to have been taken without the agreed service becoming available; do not pay again merely to resolve an activation error. Before you submit an order, you must be able to review and correct it. Your order and confirmation must show the service, total price, applicable taxes, billing interval, any minimum term, renewal arrangements, cancellation instructions and relevant limits. Free account agreements and paid contracts are offered in English. We will provide confirmation and a copy of the applicable terms in a form you can retain for either type of account. Save that confirmation and the version of these terms supplied with it. A separately agreed and expressly accepted service schedule or business agreement can supplement these terms. It overrides a conflicting general clause only for its stated subject and cannot override mandatory consumer rights. An organisational data processing agreement governs processing on the organisation’s instructions. Our privacy notice explains data use; accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking or unrelated data processing. Simply visiting a public page does not purchase a subscription, accept future paid services or waive a right. We will not treat a footer link alone as evidence that you accepted paid contractual obligations. 4. Eligibility and authority You must be at least 18 to open an account or enter a paid contract in your own name. Organisational access for younger users requires a separately agreed arrangement with appropriate safeguards and is not authorised by these general terms. Public Search access does not itself create a paid account contract. This age policy does not replace any duties we have to protect children using our services. If you enter a contract for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. The organisation is responsible for its subscription and authorised administration. A person who merely accepts an invitation to work in that organisation does not thereby personally guarantee its debts. Give accurate information where needed to provide and secure the service, and keep contact and billing details current. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority over a business, domain or mailbox. 5. Accounts, credentials and recovery Keep your password, recovery material and device keys secure. Use the available security controls, protect shared devices and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share an individual sign-in to avoid user or seat limits. Use permitted delegation and shared-mailbox controls instead. We may request proportionate verification before sensitive account changes or recovery. We will not ask you to email your password or private keys. Recovery depends on the security methods and recovery material actually available; some encrypted content may be unrecoverable if you lose the necessary keys. We must explain material recovery limitations before you rely on an affected feature. You are responsible for your own actions and reasonable security precautions. You are not automatically liable for every action performed through an account regardless of fault, nor does this clause excuse a security failure for which we are responsible. 6. Business workspaces, owners and members A personal account and each business workspace are separate contexts. A personal subscription does not purchase business seats or increase business allowances. Owners must allocate available seats and permissions, maintain accurate authorised membership and manage access when people leave. Business owners and authorised administrators can manage business resources within their assigned permissions. Depending on the service, this can include granting access to organisational mailboxes, calendars and other business content. The organisation must explain its own access policies to its users and have authority to provide their information to Brenwy. Role names describe access permissions. An owner role does not, on its own, determine legal title to a company, domain or disputed content. We may require reasonable evidence and restrict contested changes while an ownership dispute is investigated. We will not resolve a dispute merely by handing private data to whoever first asks for it. Keep an appropriate additional owner where continuity matters. The consequences of personal and business closure, including the last-owner rule, are explained in section 18. 7. Plans, prices and allowances The free personal subscription has no subscription fee, billing period or paid automatic renewal. It is an ongoing free plan that continues until it is closed or ended under these terms. The plan description explains its available features and allowances. There is no obligation to upgrade, and we will not charge for exceeding an allowance without your separate agreement; the applicable feature may instead be limited as explained in section 10. For a paid subscription, your selected order specifies the price and currency, whether payment is monthly or annually in advance, and the applicable storage, seats, domain and other allowances. Consumer prices include applicable VAT and unavoidable charges. Business prices may be stated excluding VAT only where this is clear, with the applicable tax and total shown before you commit. We do not add optional paid extras without your express choice. A discount, trial or introductory offer must state its duration, conditions, the normal price and what happens afterwards. A product announcement does not imply a trial or discount. A free account carries only the features and limits stated for that account, and we will not convert it into a paid subscription without your agreement. Annual billing means that the full annual amount is charged in advance unless your order expressly says otherwise. Personal and business charges are separate. A seat allocation, an account label or a successful payment does not mean a domain is verified or a mailbox is technically ready. If a genuine pricing or order error is identified before acceptance, we will explain it and let you accept the corrected order or cancel without a charge. We cannot simply increase an accepted price retrospectively because we made a mistake. 8. Payment and renewal for paid subscriptions This section applies to paid subscriptions and separately agreed paid purchases. A free personal subscription does not require payment authorisation or cancellation of a paid renewal. Stripe handles hosted checkout and payment administration. You authorise only the payment schedule and recurring charges clearly agreed in your order. Where a subscription automatically renews, it renews for the stated interval unless you stop renewal before the renewal payment falls due. We will identify the renewal price, date or calculation, and any cancellation deadline before you order. You can stop ordinary renewal through the available billing portal or by sending a clear cancellation request to support@team.brenwy.com. We will act on a request received before renewal without imposing a hidden advance-notice period. We will provide the reminders and confirmation notices required by the law applying to your subscription. We will not require a telephone call, retention conversation or cancellation reason as a condition of cancellation. Unless you exercise an immediate cancellation right or agree otherwise, stopping renewal keeps the paid service available until the end of the period already paid for. Ordinary cancellation does not itself close your personal account or erase your content. Do not rely on deleting an app, removing a payment method or abandoning a browser session to stop a subscription; send a cancellation instruction. If a payment fails, we will explain the problem and a reasonable way to resolve it before restricting the service where practicable. A failed renewal does not purchase another paid period. We will not assume authority to delete existing messages or keys merely because a payment failed. Statutory cancellation, refund and dispute rights remain available. If money is genuinely disputed, tell us promptly. We will investigate and will not obstruct a lawful chargeback, card-provider remedy or complaint. Any business debt recovery must be lawful and proportionate; these terms do not impose an automatic penalty or an undisclosed collection fee. 9. Consumer cancellation and refunds If you are a consumer buying an eligible service online, you normally have a cooling-off right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is made. If the law gives you a longer period because required information was missing, that longer period applies. Nothing in an annual-payment option removes this right. To cancel, email support@team.brenwy.com or write to our correspondence address with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, identifying your account and order. Sending your cancellation before the relevant deadline is sufficient. You may use the form in section 24, but you do not have to. We will acknowledge it and explain the effect on access and any refund. If you expressly ask us to start a service during the cooling-off period, and the required information and request have been properly provided, the law may allow a reasonable charge proportionate to the service actually supplied before cancellation. We will explain any lawful deduction. If those conditions are not met, we will not charge for that supply. Merely signing in does not automatically waive your right. For a service, the cooling-off right is lost through full performance only where the law permits this and the required prior express request and acknowledgement were obtained. Starting an ongoing subscription does not mean it has been fully performed. If a future purchase supplies digital content subject to different cancellation rules, we must obtain any separate express consent and acknowledgement required before relying on loss of the cancellation right. These terms are not a blanket digital-content waiver. We will make any cooling-off refund due without undue delay and within 14 days after being told of cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Where the law requires an earlier remedy, it prevails. Additional subscription rights, including any applicable renewal cooling-off period and rights arising from a failure to provide required information, reminders or an effective exit method, apply when the relevant legislation applies to your contract. We must give you the specific applicable information and notices; we cannot substitute this general statement for them. Outside a statutory cancellation period, ordinary cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the paid term and does not automatically produce a refund for an unused part of that term. This does not restrict refunds for a defective service, our breach, an adverse change or withdrawal described below, or any other right or refund we expressly agree. 10. Plan changes, limits and storage A change of plan, seats or billing interval takes effect only through an available authorised change process or an express agreement with us. Before you commit, we must explain the new price, timing, any proportionate adjustment and the effect on limits and content. An advertised package is not a promise that every upgrade or downgrade can currently be performed automatically. If a personal paid term ends, the account may return to its available free allowances. Business paid entitlements can also expire. Exceeding an allowance may restrict new uploads, writes or mail delivery rather than automatically deleting retained content. A full mailbox can refuse incoming mail and a sender’s retries can eventually expire. We will explain relevant restrictions and available options. We will not use a downgrade, failed renewal or a general fair-use label as an undisclosed authority to erase your retained content. Any separate lawful retention or deletion process must be explained with appropriate notice. Allowances, security controls and reasonable anti-abuse limits remain distinct from contractual cancellation and account closure. 11. Acceptable use Use Brenwy lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must have permission or another lawful basis for content you upload, transmit or instruct us to process. An organisation must obtain the permissions it needs for its members, domains and communications. Do not use the services for fraud, phishing, identity theft, malware, unauthorised access, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks or deliberate evasion of security and access controls. Do not send unlawful unsolicited marketing, operate spam campaigns, forge routing identities, or use purchased address lists without a lawful basis for the communications. Do not create, share or facilitate child sexual abuse material, illegal sexual images, terrorist content, credible threats, unlawful harassment, stalking or other illegal material or conduct. Do not infringe copyright, confidentiality, privacy or other legal rights. We may act on a credible risk without waiting for a criminal conviction, subject to proportionate review. Do not access another person’s account or organisational resources without authority, resell access without agreement, or deliberately bypass published quotas, rate limits or seat requirements. Automated use must respect the applicable documented API and crawler rules. Responsible, authorised security research is welcome; contact us for a permitted scope before testing private systems or other users’ data. We will apply restrictions proportionately, based on the conduct, evidence and risk. We do not use these rules to prohibit lawful criticism, a consumer complaint or a report to a regulator. 12. Your content and intellectual property You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of your messages, events, documents and other content. Using Brenwy does not transfer ownership of that content to us. You give us only the permissions reasonably needed to store, transmit, display, secure and otherwise process it to deliver the service you request and comply with applicable law. Those permissions do not authorise selling your private content, advertising profiling or general-purpose AI training. They end when the relevant processing is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention, necessary backup expiry and copies already shared with recipients. Shared business content can remain under the continuing organisation’s control after a member leaves. We and our licensors retain rights in the Brenwy software, branding and original website materials. While you are entitled to use a service, we permit you to access and use its interface for its intended purpose. This does not prevent copying your own content, ordinary linking, lawful quotation, accessibility use, interoperability or other rights that the law protects. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences. Voluntary feedback may be used to improve the service without payment, but this does not assign your confidential information or unrelated intellectual property to us. We will not publicly identify you as an endorser without permission. 13. Mail, calendars and custom domains Mail and Calendar depend on correct configuration, capacity, authorised access and external providers. You must control a custom domain you ask us to verify, maintain its registration and configure the required DNS records. Domain verification is evidence of technical control, not a determination of every ownership dispute. A Brenwy subscription does not include domain registration unless your order expressly says so. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed service. External mail delivery, spam decisions, recipient policies, network failures, DNS propagation and third-party calendar subscriptions can cause delay or rejection. We do not promise that every message will be delivered or every invitation accepted. These practical limits do not excuse a failure by us to provide the service as agreed. Ordinary internet email is not automatically end-to-end encrypted. Encryption and recovery depend on the specific feature and key arrangement. Do not assume that all services, message metadata, external recipients or their providers have the same protection. Our privacy notice explains relevant limits. A Brenwy address is an allocated service identifier, not ownership of a Brenwy domain. We may need to change or withdraw an allocation for a genuine legal, security or rights reason, with explanation and reasonable migration time where possible. We will not arbitrarily reallocate an active address. Retired account addresses are not reassigned to another customer. Minimal address-reservation records may remain to protect against impersonation and unintended delivery to a new owner. 14. Search, public pages and external links Public Search indexes third-party web content and ranks results automatically. A result, snippet or safety label is not an endorsement, a guarantee of accuracy or professional advice. Websites can change after indexing. Check the source before relying on information for an important decision. Rights in indexed material remain with the relevant rights holders. A search listing does not grant permission to copy or use it unlawfully. Website operators should use the published BrenwyBot and Webmaster guidance for crawl and indexing controls. Verification does not guarantee indexing, a ranking position or immediate propagation of a change. Report an incorrect result, unlawful listing, privacy concern or infringement to support@team.brenwy.com with the relevant URL and reasons. You do not need a Brenwy account to make a report. We will consider appropriate correction, restriction or removal and explain available review. Requests involving personal information are also covered by the privacy notice. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our own selection, integration and contractual obligations where applicable; a third-party involvement is not a blanket exclusion of our responsibility. 15. Service standards, support and changes We will provide free and paid services with reasonable care and skill and in line with the agreed description. No particular uptime percentage, response time, recovery time or service-credit scheme is promised unless expressly included in an agreed service schedule. We will provide support through the contact details above and explain any package-specific support arrangements before you register or purchase. We may maintain and update the service to fix faults, address security risks, comply with law, keep it compatible with supported technology and make improvements. We will explain material compatibility requirements. Where practicable, planned disruptive maintenance will be notified in advance and scheduled to reduce impact. We will give reasonable advance notice, normally at least 30 days, of a material adverse change to a free or paid service or these terms. We will explain the specific reason, effect and effective date. Urgent legal or security changes may require shorter notice, in which case we will explain them as soon as reasonably possible. We will not increase the agreed price for a fixed paid period without your express agreement. A proposed renewal price must be clearly notified before renewal with a genuine opportunity to cancel. A material adverse change during a paid term gives you the choice to end the affected service before it takes effect and receive a proportionate refund of unused prepaid fees, without losing any greater legal remedy. If we materially reduce or withdraw the free personal plan, we will explain the reason and give reasonable advance notice, normally at least 30 days, and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your content where lawful and safe. You can choose to leave without an exit fee. Continuing access to your existing content is not permission to charge you, and we will not silently convert your free subscription into a paid one. We cannot use a general change clause to rewrite an essential part of a consumer bargain arbitrarily. If a requested change requires agreement under the law, notice or continued use alone will not substitute for that agreement. Minor corrections and beneficial changes do not remove existing rights. 16. Reports, restrictions and appeals Report suspected abuse, unlawful content or a security problem to support@team.brenwy.com. Include the location, relevant dates and a clear explanation, sharing only information needed to investigate. We will consider reports fairly and take steps proportionate to their seriousness. Making a report does not guarantee disclosure of another user’s private information. We may restrict an affected feature, suspend access or remove unlawful material where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, secure the service, comply with law or address a serious or repeated breach. Except where urgent action, law or an investigation prevents it, we will explain the issue and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it first. An issue affecting one resource should not lead to wider restrictions than reasonably necessary. We will explain the reason, scope and available review of a restriction unless doing so would be unlawful or create a real security or investigation risk. You can ask for human review through support, provide relevant evidence and challenge an error. We will reassess restrictions when their basis changes. Where legally required, we will provide additional reporting, complaint and appeal arrangements for a regulated service. Suspension does not automatically delete an account or forfeit all prepaid fees. We will consider safe access or export of unaffected content and any appropriate refund. We will not require you to waive legal rights to seek a review. 17. Ending a service You can stop using the free personal subscription at any time without a subscription cancellation fee. To permanently close the account and request deletion, follow section 18; simply stopping use does not itself confirm closure or erase stored data. The same security, content-retrieval and deletion protections apply to free and paid personal accounts. You can end a paid subscription as explained in sections 8 and 9, without necessarily closing your identity or other subscriptions. For a material breach by us that is not put right within a reasonable time after notice, you may end the affected service and claim the remedies the law provides. A sufficiently serious breach may permit immediate termination. We may end an affected service for a serious breach that cannot reasonably be remedied, or for a material breach that remains unresolved after reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy it. Where legally and safely possible, we will provide reasons and a practical opportunity to retrieve your content. Termination for breach does not entitle us to an automatic disproportionate penalty. If we withdraw a paid product for our own business reasons, we will normally give at least 30 days’ notice, allow reasonable retrieval of content and refund unused prepaid fees for the withdrawn period. If a legal or security event requires faster withdrawal, we will explain what we can and still honour applicable refund and other legal rights. An event beyond reasonable control can affect delivery, but does not cancel our duties to communicate, limit its effects and honour applicable consumer rights. If we cannot provide a paid service for a substantial period, you may end the affected service and obtain the appropriate refund. We cannot continue charging indefinitely for a service we cannot supply. 18. Account closure and permanent data loss You can request permanent personal-account closure from Account security and organisation closure from the organisation settings. Review the affected businesses, download your data and confirm with your current password. If self-service closure is temporarily unavailable or you cannot sign in, contact support@team.brenwy.com. We will verify your authority and help with closure or a data protection request; a settings control is not the only way to exercise a legal right. Confirmed closure ends access immediately, including partway through a paid month or year. It is an instruction to cancel affected subscriptions now, not at the end of the paid term. Remaining paid time does not keep the account accessible. Temporary failures in a payment or cleanup service are retried and do not reopen the account. Closure does not remove statutory cancellation or refund rights, an agreed refund, or liability already lawfully incurred. Closing your personal account removes your access to its services and associated businesses. A business continues with its data and billing if another active owner remains. If you are its last active owner, the closure also closes that business and deletes its organisation-owned data. The confirmation identifies every affected business and ownership is checked again before closure. Transfer ownership first if a business should continue. Only an authorised active business owner can close an organisation. Closure ends access for all its members and cancels its affected subscriptions, but does not itself delete each member’s independent personal account. The owner must have authority and consider the organisation’s record-keeping duties. The Brenwy organisation is protected: it cannot be closed or deleted and must always retain at least one active owner. Its last active owner must appoint another active owner before closing their personal account. Before closure, Account offers separate app ZIP downloads. Mail creates readable EML messages and attachments on an authorised, unlocked device. Save and check every ZIP part and repeat the Mail export for each mailbox you need. Organisation ownership does not grant access to another member’s private mailbox or calendar. Downloads are unencrypted and must be stored securely. Drafts on other devices, new arrivals after a snapshot and queued unsent messages need checking separately. After confirmed closure you cannot sign in to retrieve the affected mailbox, and the closure cannot be undone. Brenwy does not hold the usable private keys needed to decrypt your protected mailbox archive for you, even if asked. The deletion period is not a recovery window. Download anything you need before confirming closure or deliberately choose to proceed without it. We remove closed-account service content, including removal or expiry of backup copies, within 30 days of confirmed closure. This is one overall deadline, not another 30 days after active deletion. Necessary accounting, legal-claim or other legally required records may be retained separately for their justified purpose and period, as explained in the privacy notice. Minimal closure and address-reservation records prevent reactivation, reassignment and restoration of closed data. Closure cannot recall messages already delivered, remove independent recipient or downloaded copies, erase content controlled by a business that continues, or remotely wipe another person’s device. A closure receipt confirms the end of access and the deletion instruction; it does not state that every deletion obligation is already complete. 19. Privacy, confidentiality and business data Our privacy notice explains the data we use, purposes, lawful bases, recipients, browser storage, hosting, retention and your rights. UK hosting does not guarantee that all supplier processing takes place only in the UK. Optional storage choices remain separate from accepting these terms. We will handle non-public customer content confidentially, limit access to appropriate purposes and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Disclosure may be necessary to provide a requested communication, follow an authorised organisational instruction or comply with law. Any legally required disclosure must be limited to what the law requires. Where we process business personal data on an organisation’s instructions, a suitable data processing agreement must set out the required UK GDPR terms, including instructions, confidentiality, security, assistance, subprocessors, transfers, audits and end-of-service handling. These general terms are not a substitute for that agreement. Each party remains responsible for its own applicable data protection duties. 20. Your rights if something goes wrong Consumer services must meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including reasonable care and skill. Information about the service that the law makes binding remains part of your contract. Applicable paid digital content must meet its legal standards, including satisfactory quality, fitness for any particular purpose covered by the law, and its description. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to repeat performance, repair or replacement, a price reduction, refund, cancellation or compensation. Remedies must be provided within the time and on the conditions required by law. Where faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, the applicable repair or compensation rights are preserved. Tell us what went wrong and the remedy you seek. We may ask for reasonable information to investigate, but a contractual support process, service credit or complaint deadline does not replace or shorten your statutory rights. You can seek advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service or another appropriate adviser. 21. Responsibility for loss Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Nothing removes mandatory consumer, data protection or other statutory rights. For consumers, we are responsible for loss and damage caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill where that loss was reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it could happen or both you and we knew it might happen. Reasonable precautions and keeping an independent copy where practical can reduce loss, but a backup recommendation does not exclude our responsibility for data loss we cause. A consumer service is supplied for private use. We do not accept business losses arising from a consumer’s business use unless that use and the relevant responsibility were agreed or the law requires otherwise. This does not turn a genuine consumer claim into a business claim merely because an account can access a business workspace. For business customers, we are responsible for direct loss caused by our breach or negligence, subject to ordinary legal principles including causation, foreseeability and reasonable mitigation. We exclude indirect or consequential business loss only to the extent that exclusion is lawful and reasonable. These terms do not impose a separate financial liability cap or a general customer indemnity. Any different business allocation must be expressly agreed, appropriate to the service and lawful, rather than silently inferred from a package. You are responsible for loss caused by your own unlawful conduct or breach to the extent the law provides. You do not agree to pay every third-party allegation or all our legal costs regardless of fault. Neither party may recover the same loss twice. 22. Complaints, applicable law and courts Send a service or billing complaint to support@team.brenwy.com or our correspondence address. Explain the issue, relevant order and outcome you seek. We will investigate fairly and respond without undue delay. Privacy complaints follow the additional process and timeframes in our privacy notice. If a consumer complaint reaches deadlock, we will provide any information required by law about an appropriate approved alternative dispute resolution provider and whether we are obliged or willing to participate. You do not have to surrender access to a court or regulator, or accept compulsory arbitration, to make a complaint. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, that choice does not take away mandatory protections of the part of the UK where you live or other protections that apply under mandatory law. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation where you live where the law permits, as well as any other court with jurisdiction. We will not use this clause to deprive you of a protected local forum. For business contracts, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless a separately agreed contract expressly provides otherwise. Either party may seek urgent protective relief from a court with appropriate jurisdiction. 23. Other contractual matters We may transfer a contract only in a way that does not reduce your contractual rights or safeguards. We will notify you of a material transfer and explain the new provider. If it materially disadvantages a consumer, we will offer an appropriate right to end the affected service and recover unused prepaid fees. You may transfer business rights through an agreed authorised process; account ownership and access cannot safely be reassigned by simply sharing a password. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible. An unfair consumer term does not become binding merely because the rest of the contract survives. A delay in enforcing a right is not a permanent waiver. These terms, your confirmed free-account registration and any agreed paid order record the agreement for the relevant services. They do not exclude liability for misrepresentation, erase binding pre-contract information or invalidate an express promise that the law makes part of a consumer contract. No person who is not a party has a contractual enforcement right under these terms unless an express agreement says otherwise; their independent statutory rights are unaffected. We will send contractual notices to your registered contact address or another contact method expressly agreed for that purpose, in a form you can retain where required. We must make important renewal, price, withdrawal and cancellation information prominent and cannot rely solely on silently changing this webpage. 24. Optional consumer cancellation form Use this form only if you wish to cancel an eligible contract. You can copy it into an email or letter. Another clear cancellation statement is equally valid. To: OUTBREAK LTD, 241 Tixall Road, Stafford, England, ST16 3XS; support@team.brenwy.com. I/we give notice that I/we cancel my/our contract for the following service: [service and plan]. Ordered on: [date]. Order reference or account identifier: [reference]. Name of consumer(s): [name]. Address of consumer(s): [address]. Date: [date]. Signature of consumer(s): [only if this form is sent on paper]. Delete or complete the bracketed fields as appropriate. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, private keys or card details. This form is optional and does not make a postal address, signature or particular template a condition of accepting an otherwise valid cancellation notice.
